COVID-19 Pacific Sleep Disorders Center Update

We hope you are all doing well, staying safe, and observing all Covid-19 precautions.  While we are still not out of the woods with Covid-19, we have begun to gradually reopen our office and sleep lab.  Rest assured that our doctors and staff are following all CDC and AASM guidelines in keeping our patients as safe as possible.  Our doctors will still be seeing patients virtually via telemedicine as well as in person if requested.  We thank you for your patience and continued support.  If you have any questions on concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the office.

What is Sleep Apnea?

This is the first in a series of blogs regarding sleep disorders including what they are how they affect people and various treatments.  It is our intent to add content every month or so.
